Which tests should I consider?

All relevant tests are non-invasive and well tolerated using the state of the art technology.

  1. Complete physical examination, conducted by neurological specialists
  2. ECG + optional echocardiogram
  3. Blood tests: complete blood count, ESR and C-reactive protein,fasting glucose and lipid profile, HBA1C, homocysteine
  4. Blood pressure measurement +optional 24 hour monitoring
  5. Brain MRI which includes standard MR protocol plus/minus
    diffusion/perfusion studies, MRA of brain and MRA of neck arteries
  6. Optional cardiac MR protocol: non-invasive coronary arteriogram,
    cardiac functional studies
